About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a consistent quality culture across the Country Organization through collaboration and leadership
- Implement cross-divisional quality governance with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency
- Lead operational excellence initiatives aligned with global process streams and country strategy
- Monitor key quality indicators to ensure process control, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Oversee GxP training, regulatory inspection readiness, and vendor quality compliance
- Develop talent within the QMS group and ensure succession planning for critical roles
Requirements:
- Master Degree or PhD(prefer) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine
- Minimum 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in regulated pharmaceutical activities
- Proven leadership in global or matrix environments within the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 3 years of people management experience, including in matrix settings
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and global team projects

- 部門横断的な連携とグローバルチームでのプロジェクト成功経験
